Please make sure you send a Return Request to info@marieleonline.com and explain the reason for your return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, with tags fully attached, and in the original packaging.

Customer is responsible for return shipment costs.

Customer has up to seven (7) days after receiving merchandise to return or exchange item. Item must be in same conditions as received. Receipt of purchase must be presented.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Accessories cannot be returned or exchanged.

We do not offer money back. Store credit only. Store credit can be used up to 30 days upon being issued.
