Returns, Shipping & Exchanges

  • Please make sure you send a Return Request to info@marieleonline.com and explain the reason for your return.

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, with tags fully attached, and in the original packaging.

  • Customer is responsible for return shipment costs.

  • Customer has up to seven (7) days after receiving merchandise to return or exchange item. Item must be in same conditions as received. Receipt of purchase must be presented.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • Accessories cannot be returned or exchanged.

  • We do not offer money back. Store credit only. Store credit can be used up to 30 days upon being issued.

  • All items on sale or specials are final. No returns or exchanges.
