Once your order is delivered to the post office, we have no control over it. Marielé is not responsible for any delay, loss or theft of packages. If you believe your package is lost or stolen, file a claim with USPS.

Please allow 2-4 business days for us to process your order. Once your order has been shipped you will receive an email with the tracking number.
- Before submitting your order you must verify that your shipping address is correct. If it is very long, use the lines the website provides so that it does not get cut when printing your shipping label. If your package is returned due to an incomplete or incorrect address, you must pay the shipping again.
